like how to use the BDO and BPI? i haven't seen any of those options in coins.ph

BDO and BPI doesn't have a cardless withdrawal system as of now but they are in consideration for that based on my closed friends who are working in those banks, same with Metrobank and Exportbank. Only Security Bank have an option to do this via their EgiveCash service which was implemented years ago even before it became hyped because coins.ph used this as an option for withdrawals too.

Hope that other banks will implement the same system but of course not just because of bitcoin but we can't denied the fact that number of Security Bank's machine was way more fewer than BDO and BPI.

If you successfully withdrew your bitcoins to cash with that exchange and you are fine on it already. Go at the bottom left of this thread and click lock topic.

You can now close this thread.

hi guys, anyone knows about security bank? only filipinos.
i just wanted to ask if security banks really needs to have an atm card to withdraw our money or bitcoins?
You are using coins.ph and you don't have to take a security bank card just to withdraw your cash converted from bitcoin. It's their feature that is called egivecash if I'm not mistaken.

Go to the bank branch and go straight with customer service table and have some inquiry about it and all of the questions in your mind shall be answered.

I doubt it that all of bank employees know such things about bitcoin transactions.

i remember that you do no need an ATM to withdraw your money from coins.ph
So what will you use if you dont need an ATM? Lol. ATM is the machine itself of course you will use that, if you want to withdraw. You can use google if whats the meaning of ATM btw

Security bank is supporting bitcoin but on an app called coins.ph
IMO there's no bank that support Bitcoin, the only thing is they are partnered with coinsph which is an exchange, and users can withdraw or buy Bitcoin through coinsph with this partnered banks but it doesnt means that they support Bitcoin.

You don't necessarily need an ATM card you'll just to have to open an accounr to them sir. Just fill in the necessary details for your application form and make sure to bring valid ID's because that's their number one requirements for their know your client procedure at any rate if you'll have further questions you can ask their customer help desk number that line is available to address any concerns and issues by their clients.

This question was already solved before on our local board, i remember that you do no need an ATM to withdraw your money from coins.ph you only need a security pin to get your money. But mate there are many commercial banks you can used to withdraw your fund in bitcoin and its less hassle do not pick the complicated option, me i used BDO or BPI since i have account on these two commercial bank it is very easy for me but if i really badly needed cash i used remittance center (specifically cebuana) it much faster to confirm your transaction.

No need to use atm card for you to withdraw your money using coinsph to Security Bank. All you need is a 16 digit number and your 4 digit for your passcode and you can start to withdraw. Or contact thier hotline to guide you.

Security bank is supporting bitcoin but on an app called coins.ph they convert bitcoin through coins.ph into real cash or paper money. And whats good about it , it is cardless no need to apply or aquire an atm card just numbers like a cebuana control number.

No bank will give you bitcoins when withdrawing lol. I bet you've not oriented user on how coins.ph work? Better take your time to research first. There is even a bunch of step by step tutorial when you withdraw from that platform and even a video tutorial too. And much better if you ask the support chat-in-app so they can guide you.

No you don't need an atm to withdraw in security bank. You just need the transaction code and the password.
Of course, he has to use the atm (Automated Teller Machine), so he can use the transaction code and what password are you talking about? Maybe passcode lol.

Just did a little research about it and it said that you don't really need am atm card to get money not even an I.d.
All you need is just the 4 digit password and the transaction code i think? Didn't quite understand the explanations given there but i promise you there's not much hassle with security back at the email.
