First, Bitcoin doesn't have security team, Bitcoin doesn't have any team, it's decentralized it has no authority. Second, you can't 'retrieve' bitcoin wallet, if your wallet is hacked -meaning the hacker got access to your bitcoin wallet- then both you and the hacker will have access to your bitcoin wallet, because the way you access bitcoin wallet is not with username and password, but with private key, and this private key cannot be changed. If what you mean is retrieving the fund on your Bitcoin Wallet, then it's nearly impossible, except the hacker want to send back the fund.

I am aware of that, but generally speaking these days it is very difficult to track down the con artist because these con artists are so crafty that once you start following them from one wallet to another, they have a method where you won't even be able to access the wallet they transfer the bitcoin to. I am saying this because I have witnessed a wallet owner who had his wallet hacked attempt to track down the con artist, and in the end he lost the signal of tracking him.
It is quite upsetting to hear from people whose wallets have been hacked that they have received their bitcoin back. I would advise any newcomer to lock their wallets at all costs and never allow greed to place them in the hands of con artists.

You'd be surprised to know that these scammers/hackers are most of the time not as cautious as you think they are, especially when it comes to a couple of thousands of dollars and you're their only target, most of them have this false sense of security and won't go through the trouble of using a DEX, a mixer, etc.

If the hackers transfer the funds somewhere else, and the transaction gets confirmed, you can try and follow the funds to see if they ever end up at an address connected to a centralized exchange, but that's pretty much it. There's isn't much else you can do.

As a newbie I have go through a lot and haven’t seen a concrete answer about this how can a bitcoin wallet be retrieved if it happens to be hacked by scammers or fraudsters how can the security team bitcoin do to helps with issues like this?

If you noticed anything concerning your wallet I'd say you first secure your assets to be on a safer side. Scammers use different ways or techniques to steal from people and they make sure it can't be noticed instead it may look like something not to worry about, some only require to know your wallet address.
And Bitcoin isn't like bank where you have the helpline to lay your complain to sort out any form of transactions that comes in and out, is left for you to be as careful as possible looking out for yourself in case of any breach wallet. You can get any of your wallet (that's if you have many) back if hacked through the wallet key if not that, then the help of an expert is required.

Wow a newbie that have read through a lot and yet doesn't know that there's nothing like  security team bitcoin or a bitcoin security team whatever. Calm down mate, there's a lot you really need to learn by actually reading and not by saying you have gone (read) through a lot.

As for a bitcoin wallet retrieval that's very unlikely to be successful especially when the funds has been ransacked but like other members had said, if you're lucky to meet some funds left in the wallet don't hesitate to transfer them to another safe wallet and let go of the hacked wallet as you may end up stressing yourself for nothing in the process of looking for ways to get back the hacked wallet/funds. This is the reason why we're always advised to be discreet with the security and privacy of our wallets cause cryptocurrency funds if lost the chances to retrieve is very slim or impossible.

Dear op, you can track the funds to see where it finally lands, whether it ends up in a centralized exchange or a coin mixer. If it ends up in a centralized exchange you might have some luck recovering your funds back but if it's a coin mixer, you bitcoin is gone forever. Since your security has been breached, and if you still have any fund left in the wallet, I would advised that you transfer it to another wallet and forget about the hacked wallet.

Their is no Bitcoin security team that will be able to help you get your bitcoin back once a transaction have been confirmed, that’s why you have to properly secure your bitcoin, make sure it is stored in a non custodial wallet address and make sure you properly secure your wallet private key. Your private key should be stored in a place where their is no internet connection, when storing your private key, it will be better if you carve your private key on a multiple steel and save it in different places where nobody will be able to see it. If you private key is carved on a steel, then incase if water touches it, it won’t be destroyed and if there is fire accident, it won’t be destroyed also.

Firstly, I assume your question refers to non-custodial wallets.
Technically, the private key can't be changed, so your wallet doesn't lose access when it's hacked, but in this case the hacker also controls the bitcoins inside including moving them to another address you can't control.

In most cases, wallet support cannot help you, you are the only one responsible for the security of your own wallet. Or if you mean in recovering stolen bitcoins, there is no bitcoin security team at all. All you need to do is contact the authorities.

It depends on what wallet are you using in most cases such cases results in great loss and if someone has unauthorized access to your wallet and that wallet had money in it then you should check on Explorer to verify whether the money is there or not.

If you have the private key or seed phrase then try to access it because it is hard for them to change the seed phrase and key unless there is a feature provided by the wallets's manufacturer. I hope you would've have gotten the idea of retrieving a wallet is not depend on the developers of BTC but it depends on the developers of the Wallet you are using. If they have a support option you could ask them in support.

Just like the recent attack on Atomic wallet has affected 1% or 2% users and one of the user got its 1 million $ back:

I am very confused by your statement that you are a beginner; you have gone through a lot here on the forum. If you go back to the history of the three posts, then you don’t even know who the creator of Bitcoin was. So all your questions are just water since you don’t read anything, but this is a road to nowhere. And the intention to answer your questions, realizing that the answers will not be correctly perceived, is also the most common waste of time.
Read more, OP.

the possibility of your Bitcoin returning will be quite small if Bitcoin has been confirmed to be sent from your wallet to the hacker's wallet. some attempts can be made to simply track the transferred Bitcoins and it will probably end up on an exchange. but very difficult to confirm the exchange will freeze the hacker's account. but if those Bitcoins will be transferred to the mixer platform, it seems too difficult to get your Bitcoins.

Security team bitcoin? What are you asking? Bitcoin doesn't have any security team as it is a decentralized system. There is no support here, as in ordinary centralized services, like a binance. This must be understood and the solution of any problems is the lot of the users themselves, like you. Nobody will solve your problems for you. This is both a disadvantage and an advantage at the same time. Therefore, under no circumstances should you lose control of your bitcoin, because a return or restoration is not possible.

If the hackers transfer the funds somewhere else, and the transaction gets confirmed, you can try and follow the funds to see if they ever end up at an address connected to a centralized exchange, but that's pretty much it. There's isn't much else you can do.
You can try to contact the administration of the exchange, to whose address the stolen funds will arrive and try to convince them to block those funds. But it seems to me that you will have to go through a lot of bureaucratic barriers (+KYC) in order to prove your right to the stolen money, freeze the money and return it to you later.

It is better to prevent this than to try to accomplish the almost impossible.

If you use Electrum and you just got notification that funds have been moved from your wallet, you can open Electrum, click on your transaction > options > Cancel (double spend). If transaction has 0 confirmations, Electrum will double-spend back to your wallet and your coins will be back after this new transaction gets confirmations.
I agree, as long as the "cancel" button is available, you can still cancel it, that's why they have to immediately do it if it's possible. Just like what you said that if ever the transaction is confirmed, the only way for retrieving them is if they transfer it to the exchange. But, there's only a small chance since hackers are intelligent and might know this kind of stuff, so if ever they transfer it to exchange they will immediately sell it right after Bitcoin is reflected. Most of the time, they will not transfer it to the exchange.

If hackers stole your coins, your best bet is to track them and hope they end up on centralized exchange and then hope that exchange will close their account and send you your coins back. But this will be the most unpleasant thing to deal with and chances are slim that you'll succeed.

The Bitcoin wallet manages the private keys, and from its name, these private keys, you are the only one who should know those private keys and no one should know them except you, whenever who knows them, he can spend your money with the same ability as you.

Hackers are trying to find out those private keys, either by sending viruses, a social attack, a vulnerability in the wallet's software, and your role is to keep them private by generating them in an environment that did not and will not connect to the Internet and protect them from physical attacks.

First of all I am warning you to never deal with these worst scammers like Account Recovery services , Crypto NFT recovery, Lost Bitcoin Recovery or Account Unlock service. They are pure garbage users and I saw they are oftenly promoting their services in Twitter and Instagram. Here are some that kind of users who are scamming:

Already Senior members said that Bitcoin transections can't be reversed. If your account has been hacked so practically you have nothing to do than sending remaining assets to a safe wallet. That's why it's a must to be safe and secured from the beginning. Never Connect Your Wallet To A Suspicious Site, Deal With Caution And Keep Secure Your Accounts Phrase.

If you're using a centralized exchange and you had this experience, am sorry there's nothing you can do because the entire exchange will be involved as well, if you're using a decentralized wallet like electrum or hardware wallet then this has to be a mistake from your end, all you can do is to track the movement of the coins from on wallet to another while the confirmed transactions remains irreversible, in this case, the security of your wallet lies in your hands, don't share any wallet sensitive informations with a third party.

You can't as bitcoin transaction is irreversible, once the hackers was able to get it our of your wallet, it's gone for good.

That's why we always tell newbies to learn security practice in the beginning, so that the chances of your wallet being hack is slim to none.

There is no security team here, it is what we call "Be Your Own Bank".

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible so if scammer or hacker stole your bitcoin and moved it to their wallets, you lost your bitcoin forever.

Support will not exist if you use a non custodial wallet because only you have access to your private key and can move it. When you get hacked or scammed, the scammer or hacker is another person who has access to your private key. Bitcoin developers don't have access to your private key, they can not help you. And most important, your bitcoin was moved and irreversible already. If developers of that Bitcoin wallet can help you, they can steal your bitcoin too and you will not want to use that wallet.

Support will possible for exchanges when they can freeze your account and if you are fortunate when hacker, scammer did not move your bitcoin or did not move it all, you can get it or part of it after the exchange customer support is completed. Use centralized exchanges, online accounts to store your bitcoin is risky.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts

I'm not sure if you mean security team retrieving your Bitcoin from the scammers wallet address or whatever address your Bitcoin was sent to, if that's what you mean it can't be done. Bitcoin is not like you normal Fiat or banking system that you get the chance to speak with those in control and within seconds you'll get a refund. In Bitcoin you're in charge and as such you're expected to know how to secure your funds properly.

In addition to what has been said, you should be careful not to fall for more scam... In a situation like this you'll (it's a must) see people claiming that they can help you get access to the hacker/scammers wallet -- just know that it's a means to scam you of your remaining funds.

That wallets cannot be retrieved because things like keys and recovery seeds which makes it your personal property is already with the scammer and with those stuffs with the scammer that wallet is gone. But as for the funds on it just like what Nwada001 said it can be traced but the possibility is nearly impossible. The only it can be recovered is when it is traced to an exchange, then if it is a government agency that is tracking the movements of the coin they would just make sure the exchange freezes the funds but if the scammer has been able to convert it to fiat then is KYC details will be used to traced them to his account. But if the funds were mixed in a mixer then I don’t see any possibility of it been recovered, especially if it is not a large amount.

This is actually the debt you pay for being your own bank. So my advice is store your keys offline and be careful of phishing attacks

If the transaction has been confirmed and the coin is sent to a noncustodial wallet address, that would be all, say bye bye to your coins. Avoid hackers and scammers.

If the hacker or scammer sent the coin to an exchange. He might have exchanged it wih having fake KYCs. Expect hackers to even use a mixer and sending the coin through many hops.

Like OmegaStarScream meant, you may have small chance to recover your coins back, but the chance is very small.

You may through a process of trying to recover the coin know recovery services that will scam you further, telling you lies that they can recover the coin back for you.

If gou have any funds left in the Bitcoin wallet, move them out to another Bitcoin wallet, you can also trace the scammers transaction maybe they will land into a centralized exchange, all you need to do is report to the CEX team and show prove that you are the real owner then the Bitcoin will be frozen.

I haven't done this before but I have read somewhere on Reddit how someone manage to deal with the scammer through the help of the centralized exchange.

Most times, once hackers get your Bitcoin it's over, only stupid scammers use centralized exchange to sell the Bitcoin this days, most of them go to Mixer service straight up or use some more secured privacy network to get rid of the Bitcoin.

The only advisable thing for anyone to do when they discover that their Bitcoin wallet has been penetrated by scammers is to  first transfer all their remaining funds to a new secured wallet, if they still have some funds left.

But if the funds in your wallet have already been moved by the scammer, then you have very little chance of recovering them because Bitcoin is not centralized, and as such, there can't be a call-back contract where developers will be able to return your funds. So the best way is just to report the issue if necessary to some security authorities. A refund is not guaranteed, but they might assure you of tracking the wallet, which most times leads to a dead end.
