In my house, I have my pc.

And I have 3 rig in the garage. And I wonder if I will have to put an anti virus or not because it is with my pc that I go on my waller bank etc ...

I stick to Ethernet cables but WPA2 wireless should be fine as well. an antivirus is not needed if you don't plan to install anything else than miners.

If you know what you are doing, Windows 10 Antivirus (Windows Defender) + Windows 10 Firewall + Physical Firewall with DDOS proctection + No Wireless.

I'm using wireless now, less of a hassle than cables and all those switches, i have a pretty complex password though and a wireless firewall deal in front of it.

Plus I also have DHCP turned off , everything static so no new machines can jump on my network like what a hacker would have to do

What made you level security on your platform?

Leave you the protection of windows 10 or you install another antivirus. ?
