Great job Charlie! I have used your service a few times, and honestly I was confused when I got the voucher because i had already input my account info. This is the correct way to do it, and bravo!

emailing MtGox coupon codes is not secure
Does that mean BitInstant does direct to the other exchanges (Crypto X Change, Bitcoinica) as well (instead of sending redeemable codes for them)?
Stephen, yes.
We no longer email Coupon Codes, all deposits are direct.
However, if our client enters the wrong username, our system will send a code instead.

When making a transfer with us your deposits will be automatically deposited into your MtGox accounts. For security reasons and at the request of our users we felt that emailing MtGox coupon codes is not secure. Thanks to the Team @ MtGox for the help with integration.
We've eliminated a full step in getting your cash into your trading account. Now, instead of waiting for our email code, the balance will be deposited directly, eliminating a full step and much time!
As always, we accept MtGox Vouchers for other transfers. If you enter the incorrect mtgox username, our system will email you the code instead.
