There's zero chance he has anything to do with his official Twitter account. Even if he could figure out how to use it, his handlers wouldn't trust him with it.

When you consider all the presidents we have had for the last 40 or 50 years, maybe sedated Biden is the ONLY one fit to be president.

Joe Biden becoming American President is a mystery that may never be solved.

I think his social media account has always been handled by his numerous handlers as I guess he's incapable of doing anything meaningful.

Yes, it is a normal procedure to write to the Congress and deliver the letter to inform the American public too. But then, nothing is normal about this administration, even if it's normal.

But it is clear that on this forum there are many people who do not like Mr.Biden as a president of their country.

Exactly, that's why there is a vice for situations like this.
Or because she smokes pot perhaps could be OP's issue. Can't say much about the situation in the United States, i'm not from there, but i am certain that there are other countries with Presidents that have health concerns like my country. If general opinion is that he is unfit for office, then the solution is to get him out of office in the next general election.

He could be taking a stimulant but even if he is, the effects of his old age are still glaring. They couldn't hide it if they wanted to. My guess is his staff has conceded that Joe Biden isn't mentally fit enough to run for reelection in 2024, so they won't try to hide his incoherence when publicly speaking -- only do what they can manage, which is limit his appearances and off the cuff remarks, stick to the prewritten statements and teleprompters.

Question for people in USA:

Is it normal a president to announce in a public manner about handing over political control to the vice-president during the effects of anaesthetics?

I thought it was an obvious thing that if the president is temporaly un-available to take care of the country, the vice-president usually does it.
Where is the need behind taking news out of this?

I don't think he is sedated at all. In fact, I believe they give him some sort of amphetime or stimulant drug just so he can talk properly. If they don't give him said drug then he sounds sedated or speaks total nonsense. No need to make a comedy movie about a senile president as we already have one in real life. Creepy how life imitates art during this era.

But he's sedated. He's in his best position since day one.

We knew is all along that Biden is unfil for any office, let alone the office of the President of the United States of America, the most powerful nation on earth. Sorry, once the most powerful nation on earth. Now, it is out in public. By undergoing sedation today and Kamala becoming the acting President, our held long fears has been confirmed. We said it in 2020, they called us Conspiracy Theorists.

Forget about Medical procedures or whatever good name you want to give it, this is a gradual hand over of power which is what we predicted from the beginning. Now, the lady that smokes pot is going to be your President. Yeah, we know how she got up there in the first place.

I'm yet to come to term that America gleefully removed one of the best President in the history of this nation. A President who's right on his way to making America Greater than it ever been before, and replaced him with a corrupt and unfit individual.

In case you haven't heard, China is now officially the world's wealthiest nation, dethroning The USA. Now on it's way to becoming the most powerful militarily, and the undisputed world power. What wouldn't have been possible under President Trump.

America has lost the battle and may never regain it's glory, ever again. We lost the battle the day Mr. President was dubiously removed from the office. The day China successfully staged a coup on America.

Trump, to a large extent contributed to the corrupt Democrats takeover by retaining Obama's holdovers and appointing some highly compromised individuals to his administration. Even his Supreme Court appointees ended up as wolves in sheep's clothing. He refused to fire Fauci when everyone was calling for it. Instead, allowed him to have free reigns and did massive damages to his reelection. Trump sat down and allowed the Democrats to deliver attacks after attacks against him and his administration without delivering at form of counter punches to these evil geniuses.

He refused to be brutal against the enemies of his administration but chose to constantly be on the defense. His constant Tweets also did more damages than good to his personality.

The Consequences: America may never have another Trump. And nothing or nobody will ever stop the Democrats and the Special Interests from overrunning the USA.
