Me too. I often see requests where people are asking $x of BTC and offering up exactly $x of collateral. They are obviously looking to sell their items.

Even more of a red flag if they offer their account as collateral. If you don't pay back, you are going to abandon your account anyway.

I've given him the loan. I asked him to sign an old address to prove he's still the original owner of the account before I sent the loan.
