Definitely not a scam. I invite any lender to my business and my home and you can watch me earn back the returns I am proposing to pay.

"Anyone who issues a real-estate secured loan without an attorney, title insurance, etc. is an absolute fool."

I thought one of the main reasons the community supports Bitcoin is because we have a small opportunity to build a new financial system. Lawyers, title insurance brokers, and sales agents are useless middlemen who create bottlenecks in this system. I did not lobby on behalf of Bitcoin and Medical Marijuana so that more lawyer jobs could be created.

And another reason I am having trouble money lenders is because the properties are rural and water haul and banks avoid them.

But thanks anyway to all for reading and its clear I will not find any lenders..I will take the slow road and build this system by myself and when any of you want in I will not hold grudges against your previous feelings.

ok good luck building your own system then mate.

if you have real property, you can get hard money lenders who will take a note on the property.

Get out of here , scammer.

Most lenders don't care what you do with loaned money as long as they get it back. But considering what he is doing may not be legal where he is doing it, he may want to keep this off the records and wants to work privately.

Absurd.

Anyone who issues a real-estate secured loan without an attorney, title insurance, etc. is an absolute fool.

This is most likely, simply a scam.

Your trust says a lot of stuff .
Anyway you would have more chance with your Local bank instead of Bitcointalk forum . Or you can give BTCJam a shoot .

better you take loan from bank using these collateral
because i don't think anyone will lend you that money with property as collateral

Yeah. Even if it's valuable, it won't be easy to get the money back if he defaults.
