well i meant that uknowhowwewhatever was trying to fool you into thinking that he was horace, but now that you say that, it is very possible that he forgot to log out of the account and replied to you from that account instead, which makes is very possible that horace is an alt account of uknowwhatever.

i can loan you the full amount, but only if you have more collateral... It would take me a lot of effort to sell a member account for 0.03BTC in case you default...
I take member accounts, altcoins,... as collateral (collateral can be helt by a trusted escrow service or by me... whichever you chose)

If the member account is your only collateral, i think btccashacc gave you a reasonable offer.
