I am looking for a developer partner for a community site. We will establish a Web3 Metamask connection and distribute the tokens we issue as airdrop to people who are active in the forum.

2. Step Two - Listing the Issued Tokens on an Exchange

Can Professional Friends Reach Me? I Need Help on This Issue and I May Consider Establishing a Partnership with Him on This Issue.

Best Regards

Before looking for developers to help you with your project, why not post your credentials first with the kind of project you're building I don't think it is interesting enough for developers, because there is no usage, we have hundreds of airdrop projects already, there's nothing in your plan that says what it's trying to solve and will there be a demand by the community because its a different from all the other airdrops that came.
For all we know this is just another shitcoin in the making, we already have hundreds of dead shitcoin don't add more to the numbers.

Totally agree with you.

If you are posting a hiring post, you need to list out all the details about the JOB DESCRIPTION.

Sounds like a good idea, however you do not to elaborate on the full requirements of the job if you want an accurate quote or if you want to gauge interest more effectively. Add some more details. Add a budget. Add a timeframe. Add how you'll be paying and the terms for such. Add a full list of what you need (for example, do you need the forum built or is that done and you just need the airdrop?)

2. Step Two - Listing the Issued Tokens on an Exchange

This won't be the job for the developer. It's likely that you will to submit the application form to the exchange, then pay a fee to be listed. You might find some people who can expedite that process, though beware that there are a lot of scammers out there who claim to be able to get you listed/listed on top exchanges cheaply

First of all, Hello, we have a forum site similar to Bitcointalk. I am looking for a Web3 Expert or Investor where gift distributions and certain ICO sales can be carried out for the community through Metamask and other wallets can be connected.

Web3 expert vs investor are two very different positions, or you need an investor to pay the developer. How attractive is this right now, isn't the ICO stuff a thing of the past a long time ago?
btw. You can always start your ICO to raise the necessary funds, I believe that if you have a forum similar to Bitcointalk, it shouldn't be too much of a problem for you.

I think he has an idea, has made necessary steps and requires a skilled Developer to help execute his plan and he also needs investors. That's my understanding of the OP's post. More experienced minds can offer suggests and critics about the project. If the OP means well, which I think he does, that's why he is bring his plans public, he can adopt some of the Suggestions offered here and adjust based on the critics. Well, that's how I think a topic as these should be tackled. I wish the OP the best with his project.

How are you going to ensure that a malicious party cannot get a hold of your side of the connection, and make the WalletConnect wallet (whichever it is) sign a malicious message which allows the hacker to drain everyone's ETH wallets, like the kind that happened recently with malicious Ledger DeFi packages?

Yes, no one site can take the place of bitcointalk forum as no one will be able to gather so many users. Previously Cryptotalk forum tried to gain traffic by monetizing every post but that model failed too.

There are many site that has tried to function as bitcointalk forum but couldn't make it and they have low traffic, even as that bitcointalk has remained the number one forum that convey more information about bitcoin with highest volume of visitor everyday by days. Even those site who tried to copy bitcointalk failed and fall out of competition.

Well, if anyone wants to try he is allowed to make a similar forum like bitcointalk but he should be realistic in his approach as to what are his competitors and how much time would it take to reach to a certain level.  Even it is difficult to reach the altcoinstalks forum level, thinking of competing with bitcointalk is out of the question.

Usually, many users seek partners for their project with a vision that the partner will also invest in the project but it is a fact that OP won't get partners to invest with him unless he has some significant success in his project/forum.

Well, another talksomething.org forum. Why? How many such attempts were there...

Well, its talkSomething and not Somethingtalk  Wink

We have seen a lot of similar attempts here, and very few of them are still active.
Certainly forum platforms are not something that has a promising future, so I would advise you to move on. Don't look at the Bitcointalk model, many have failed trying to copy this, even spending significant amounts of money.

Previously Cryptotalk forum tried to gain traffic by monetizing every post but that model failed too. This project may not seek any audience unless OP start giving a lot of incentive of being active on the forum but as soon as that incentive is finished, the traffic will be reduced again. Also, giving 1 ETH to the only 1 person getting 1000 merits  Ethereum Forum - Earn 1 ETH! 🎉 - Ethereum is isn't enough to gain the traffic.

What does partnership mean? Do you have a budget or do you want someone to bring equity into it? Web3 knowledge is extremely expensive, so you won't find anyone who only offers a share in the project, but you also have to pay a lot. Also, you didn't name the technology stack for the project. More information would be very helpful.

First, add https://. It is not possible for a professional forum to be http://.
I just checked OP's website and it seems like it redirects to HTTPS if the user doesn't specify it. I tried with force HTTPS disabled, no extension, and other stuff that might affect this and it still works like that. OP, is this intentional, or can users visit the unsecured version too? I failed to do that though, which should be better IMO since using an unsecured version would just turn people off.

I saw you run a marketing campaign to encourage people to create topics on your forum. Based on my experience, this kind of advertising is short-lived and will likely make your forum quality low overall. I've seen one or two forums do the same thing in the past, most of them failed to recoup their cost. Judging from the lack of activity on your website, I don't think it is working either. Why don't you work on the niche of your website first, to increase the chance to attract users instead of airdrop hunters?

It is bad that I see “You can advertise here” at the top of the list and the number of topics is 86 at best and the views are less than 1000. You need to create content first before thinking about selling advertising space.
First, add https://. It is not possible for a professional forum to be http://.
Develop content, invite popular accounts to join, find a team to promote your site, or sell that domain name.

You can make your money back by selling the domain, but that's it.  It would be nice if an SEO expert chimed in here:  will the eventual growth of ethereum keyword overtake the bitcoin keyword history.

I'm not discouraging you, but I advise you to give up on this "idea" before anything significant has been invested. What you have imagined is nothing new and I would say that it is not necessary. We have seen a lot of similar attempts here, and very few of them are still active.

First of all, Hello, we have a forum site similar to Bitcointalk. I am looking for a Web3 Expert or Investor where gift distributions and certain ICO sales can be carried out for the community through Metamask and other wallets can be connected.

Firstly you share your website link. Than experience person analysis your site than you find out your partner easily. And you find out partner investors and web3 two things are very difficult in this time. Otherwise if you find out a genius person than your luck is good. But I think your site must be good because it's like a bitcointalk. And hire a good developer for it.

Can you mention the name / URL of your forum ?

In order for the gift distributions, you may check out https://sweepwidget.com/ where you may introduce some giveaways based on the user engagement of your site on social media. Although this may not provide the integration of the metamask connections for token distribution, but it will help you increase your presence on social media.
