Does anyone have any experience/expertise of using Bitcoin in places with high % of people don't have bank accounts or credit cards? The World Bank calls these people "the unbanked". I'd like to add someone on the adviser/team list for my application for Startup Chile.

I'm putting together an application for entry into Startup Chile for a business idea - due Oct 8. If you are Chilean and/or an investor/entrepreneur, especially with experience in business plan competitions, let me know and maybe we can partner up. At this time I do not really need technical folks or programmers, but if you have strong business skills, experience, background.... great!
