3) if your security is tight seek bonding, insurance, and or other forms of third party coverage
4) be responsive respond to all emails within 4 hrs, resolve or escalate all problems within 24 hrs
5) be in compliance, get registered, licensed, and certified by all that you can
6) partner with other entities to build a responsible network of resources
7) if you are asking for people to place their money in your hands, show them, and tell them, who you are so they know who to blame or praise as the site develops
