There is another way without all this trouble.
Go to Austria as you will, start working in the company that you say,make patience for two months and that's it. So simple...
Why to take a loan in the first place and why someone to give it to you? Your collateral doesn't worth the amount that you ask, neither the fuss for it.
Plus that you are another newbie without any history whatsoever.
