I think you misunderstand the word PROJECT as all I see from your post is one guy begging for 10 BTC upfront without any real details of the project. If you really want someone to invest in your project ,you need to come with a complete business plan followed by a real meeting so both parties can be assure that you won't scam the investors.

Just providing a telegram contact is not even 10% enough , like I said , come with a complete detailed structure of your project in order to catch some attention.

You will find not much help here. Nothing can stop you from being scammed like this. That also goes the other way around. You just never know. Better if you seeked this investment by directly speaking to your office coworkers and finding connections that can help.

Good luck

Not your Keys, Not your Bitcoins
This is certainly not an ideal place to look for venture capital funding. My advice to you is to google for venture funds lists and reach out to them by e-mail or other contact forms. I have a short database of funds, I can give it to you for free if you PM me. Good luck in your endeavour!

What more could go wrong here? You should visit your local bank and tell them to give you a loan for this matter. If you think they are too dumb to understand then offer a valid collateral here, not in the form of shares and most lenders would be willing to invest in it.
