If after segwit active for sometime and the network is still clogged as usual, I think people will advocate segwit2X. Otherwise, If the network clears, I think people will stay under segwit 1M.  A war begins.

There is a perpetual war between Oceania, Eurasia and Eastasia. Let's hope we either heal or go our own ways before we descend into a daily two minutes hate.

@jbreher you are funny not understanding humour like that

You are right. Given our past interactions, I detected no humor in your tone. I guess I'm on edge. Sorry.

Anyways, congrats on segwit.

This should be treated as an attack on the network. There should be a network rule that if there are sufficient transactions to fill a block, that if you don't >90% fill it then your block is invalid.

@jbreher you are funny not understanding humour like that and I thought things would be quiet from people like yourself once segwit activated but I guess I was wrong and I'll just put you back on ignore.

bitmain who are officially the enemy of bitcoin

Well that's just a silly claim. Bitmain is no enemy to bitcoin.

And... 'officially'? After all this time, and all your contributions, do you still not understand the permissionless nature of Bitcoin?

It's up to the pool to put transactions into the block. That block was mined by antpool owned by bitmain who are officially the enemy of bitcoin now and still doing everything wrong, including mining empty blocks like that one (which they've done for ages and show no signs of stopping now.)

what happened to block 481828 ? There is only one transaction. It only has 0.3kB size. what happened with segwit?  Also, shouldn't segwit give more transactions for each block? It looks not from the newly mined blocks. I'm confused.
