Creating SegWit address isn't much different when you make normal/legacy Bitcoin address, all you need to do is to choose Bitcoin wallet which support SegWit address whether it's SegWit which uses P2SH (starts with 3..) and have good backwards compability or native SegWit address (starts with bc1) which might be troubling for older services, but have more efficient size/weight which result to lower TX size.
Just make sure you choose "SegWit" as address option when you make a new wallet.

Here's list of Wallet which support SegWit :
Hardware : Ledger Nano S, Trezor
Desktop : Electrum, Armory
iOS : Edge, GreenAddress, BitWallet
Android : Samourai, GreenBits
Paper Wallet : SegWitAddress.org

Please help me how to create a segwit address.
Download electrum wallet, create a new wallet, create a seed and when it asks you to choose the seed type you have to choose "segwit". That's basically it. You write down the seed words, set the password and you're ready to go. They made it very easy, you can even find tutorials online, but you shouldn't need them as the wallet is idiot proof. The only 2 things you need to be careful about is not forgetting the seed and the password.
