You can rename your accounts on Ledger Live to whatever you want. I suggest you do that for simplicity.
Name one 'My segwit'. Another one 'Native segwit' or 'legacy', or name them according to the the purposes they were created for.

If you are 100% sure that the wallet you received the coins too is part of your Ledger account, there is no need to move anything. Are the Bitcoins on an address that you generated, checked, and verified on your device? Has the balance been correctly updated in Ledger Live?

All I did was connect my Ledger and selected Native account and both accounts appeared. Then I  went to Receive on ledger and sent the money.

Apparently, you selected the wrong account after clicking 'Receive'. There is always a pop out which asks you which account should be credited.

Should I move the BTC to the Native or should be fine?

No, it will be better for you to pay a slightly higher fee in the future than pay for another transaction right now.

So I selected the native segwit account to send BTC. When it went through It ended up in the Legacy account and not the Native Segwit Acccount. What the heck?

No doubt you did something wrong, because you should see all your accounts (Legacy&Segwit) if you created them correctly. I think you missed doing some steps, probably to add new account. I will post you link to nice tutorial so you can check step by step what you do wrong.

funds are in my wallet so its safe no? Should I move the funds to a new wallet? or its good as it is?

Yes, your funds are safe. There is no need to move them to a native SegWit account since you are not going to have enough inputs in your future transaction to Coinbase to justify an extra transaction right now.

Is this going to be a problem?

Well.... It's not going to be a problem if the address that was finally funded was generated by your ledger... If i'm not mistaking, a ledger allows you to have different "kinds" of wallets next to each other (p2pkh, sw, native sw), so if binance finally funded the "wrong" address, it's probably because you selected the "wrong" wallet to generate a receiving address.

But, as i said, as long as the legacy address that finally received the funds is part of your wallet, nothing really bad happened... You'll just end up paying a couple cents more when you decide to spend those funds.

Do double-check you weren't a victim of a copy/paste virus or a phising website!!!

So Native is good? Does it support Sending from Bianance to Ledger and ledger to coinbase pro?

Binance supports sending to bech32 (native SegWit) addresses and you will be able to send your coins to Coinbase from the Ledger without any problems.

So setting up my BTC account on Ledger. Should I choose Segwit or native Segwit. From what I understood it should be Native? I will be sending from Binance to Ledger. Then when I want to sell I will move to Coinbase Pro. Should I change the account? Huh

A native SegWit address will allow you to save a little bit more on the transaction fees than as if you were using a (nested) SegWit address. While you will be able to send your coins to any address, some exchanges and services still don't support sending to native SegWit addresses.

There is nothing you "should" do. Old, p2pkh, addresses (starting with 1) are just as valid as nested sw (starting with 3) and as native segwit (bc1).

The major difference is that segwit moves the signatures of any transaction you create with unspent outputs funding the segwit address to a different part of the bitcoin block, by doing so, the space the transaction occupies in the first 1 Mb is smaller, so you'll get away with paying a lower fee for your transaction.

There used to be some services that were not adapted to the new format, but afaik, all major services should now recognize segwith addresses.
