to buy antminers from Bitmain (S9, T9, L3+, etc).
only 1 coupon can be used for 1 miner (value of the coupon can not be more than 50% of the antminer price).
2 coupons will expire on 1 june 2018, 8 coupons, on 11 june 2018.
