use poloneix or bittrex for best prices.
you can use yobit, bleutrade, cryptipia for smaller amounts 10000, 1000, 500 satoshi minimum trade respectively

ok next time i will use this exchange and see if i get better return

There are several exchanges where you can sell them. Depends on which altcoins you have.
I have also some atlcoins which have no value anymore i think.
