That account's posts was mainly (or all, I don't check them all) in Chinese. If all the posts are in main boards, plus it's possible potential activity (since activity=post), 0.08 BTC is a right price for it. However since you've revealed the account name, it won't worth that.
Edit: Just went through his posts amd found that the maximum potential activity is at around 168-196. Not worth a buy (for that price).

just a reminder incase you didnt check the account he is selling yet, all (or most) of the post are from chinese local board so buying the account to join a signature campaign wont be easy if the campaign manager checked the post history
