He's probably planning on using whomever falls for this in a man in the middle scam where someone unknowingly is being taken advantage of using u for the misdirection off them.
is this even legit ?? wheres your proof ?? show us your proof and other details. we are avoiding scammers in this forum. so please specify it properly. 
you offer USD or what currency? if USD, then you are willing you pay almost 300% of the current price? yeah seems legit. you will probably get some customers here which have the same intention as yours (to scam)
