dark or light green trust
relative post quality, since the account is most likely going to be used for a signature campaign anyways
most importantly, availability of a signed message. to prove ownership of the account you are selling. if unable to provide this, its safe for a buyer/escrow service to assume that the account you are selling is hacked.
