The fact that you just ignored the very valid concerns of the users who posted above you just confirms the doubts that are in eveyone's minds.
This steam account is likely just a rouse to scam people out of their coins.
If you want buy it you need have global transfer card.
What's the chance you are going to play all them games? If I had such account, I would play max ~5 games.
the deal looks very suspiciously why do you want to sell it? the price is ridiculous, who would sell the product for only 4 per cent of its price? there are 2 possibilities why you do that, either its stolen from someone and you want to sell it fast, or you are just trying to scam some people

I'm worried about how you can just regain control of the account after sale by disputing with steam and saying the your account has been hacked, etc. The account can be disabled/VAC banned if Valve finds out it was sold. If someone buys the account, a day later you can submit a ticket to Valve saying you've been hijacked with proof that the account is yours and then the buyer will lose control of it! And since bitcoins are non-reversible, they wouldn't be able to get their coins back.
You are a new member, too, so you can just abandon your account if things turn sour. There's just too much risk involved in this trade.
