To Mr James Murrell and anyone else involved with Bitcoin2pocket and the website https://bitcoinexchangeltd.com

Bitcoin2pocket are carrying out a FRAUD. And, I believe the same people are now carrying out a FRAUD with a website called https://bitcoinexchangeltd.com.
I suggest nobody goes near them and sends a report to the police.
These two companies are carrying out an Identity Theft of my name and my company's business address.

My name is James Richard Iddiols and I am the CEO of Bitcoin Exchange Ltd, the owners of bit121 with a website address of www.bit121.co.uk which is our only website address.
We do NOT have a website called bitcoinexchangeltd.com.

My name (James Richard Iddiols) is plastered all over the bitcoin2pocket website and in blogs.
It is highly unlikely that the owner of bitcoin2pocket has the same name. They certainly do not trade from our address, nor does he run Bitcoin Exchange Ltd. He has damaged my good name and that of my company and our exchange. I have notified the police by calling the number on this site www.actionfraud.police.uk. and I suggest that anyone else involved with either bitcoin2pocket or the website bitcoinexchangeltd.com do the same asap.

Anyone who are being scammed by these two companies can contact me via the bit121 email address ([email protected]) and we can arrange to talk by telephone. I can also provide anyone with the Fraud Report Reference Number.

(By the way ... the moderators who run this website ... do you do anything to stop this sort of thing. In effect, you are advertising scammers. When I press the report to moderator. What happens? What action do you take?)

I'm going to ask a dumb question, why would anyone use a new untested site like this with no reputation behind it instead of using coingator and bitcoinsaresexy or whatever?  Is there actually still a need for sites that turn btc->paypal?

Yeh I know, I just wanted to get rid of them ASAP, and this guys website looked ok. I probably wasn't thinking straight at the time. This motherfucker has stolen my money and then shut his site down. He also owns that shitty www.bit121.co.uk site. A complete load of bullshit from both of them. I didn't even see those coingator websites. Man fuckthis guy.

You sent him 1.25 btc and just say well i cant do anything now? i might start a scammer site myself if more people think that way.... go to police, report it, they will find him. Dont think TOR ,proxys and an internet cafe is safe in any case.

Dude, thats a great idea. I am giving him a few more days before I go to the police, purely because of christmas and how this guys has fucked mine up. Looks like the kids can't have decent presents this year... again. I thought I could surprise them. This guys a reckless destructive scammer. Still day 6 and no sign of the money, this guy better not give me this ' we are looking at it for you ASAP' bullshit that he has given me before.... Disappointed in people right now.

A little update, after trying to contact James today, he has not come back yet, Noticed that he has more than one bitcoin trading company to his name, both are very new and have not seen any customer that have given him a review, I am sceptical of his numbers of transaction that he claims he has had as I am sure that people would have said something by now. I am just talking to my bank as I type this as to if a payment has actually been sent. They have said no, they see no payment on behalf of this man to my account for the requested amount. So I will go back to my original statement. This man Is a SCAMMER, do not trust this site, or bit121.co.uk. he will rip you off, It's too late for me to do anything but hopefully if people see this they can stop from making the same mistake I did.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH, for screwing me over. Enjoy my hard earned bitcoins will you.

James, we are looking into this for you now I will send a copy of the transfer details. If the payment has bounced it will be returned to us and we will refund your Bitcoin.

I get it but what am I supposed to think, I have never met you or even spoken to you, these are just facts. Your circumstances seem questionable, why are you running multiple companies and bitcoin exchanges. I want to trust you and ideally get the money quoted at the time. But I have done everything I can to try and sort this, we have spoken, you still haven't replied to my email. I don't particularly want a refund due to bitcoins dropping after I sold these to you for the obvious reason. I'm just getting nervous waiting on something that looks like it isn't happening. I'm sorry but this doesn't seem like it would be a great image for your company. Maybe we can sort it out properly and then erase all this. I'm sure you have good intentions at heart. I'm just greedy and want my money basically, that's fair isn't it?

Sorry to sound like a dick, I',m trying not too, but it's hard when someone has your money hopefully we can sort this soon.

Yes,

SORRY on my part, I guess an over reaction although I think it was maybe understandable seeing the significance that amount of money has to me at the moment and one can only be too careful when dealing with this sort of thing. I have spoken with James and we have sorted it out for the most part, the money should come in soon after the fast payment method was rejected by my bank, may be due to the debit card I hold, it might be a junior account and the amount was too large. James was very helpful after I got through to him although it would be nice to have a phone number that works in order to have settled me

No worries, hopefully sooner rather than later you will receive the payment. We've not had this issue with any other banks at this time.
Thank you everyone for trading Smiley

I've emailed James regarding what decision he wants to make. Over 8 transactions in the past hour no problem at all. We're not sure if this affects only Natwest banks.

Yeh, Im am so PISSED right now. It was a bank transfer as well. I have looked this guy up and the more I search the more I regret having done this. If he is who he says he is then he has owned another Bitcoin trading company which was only around for 8ish months and changed address three times. Appreciate the concern. I'm hoping I am just being an idiot right now and that that money will be with me soon. All this on top of being scammed for more bitcoins recently, this stuff isn't for me, I want out Goddamit.

Hello James, please hold your horses we're looking into this right now.

Edit: Contacted the bank regards to this transaction, for some reason the bank decided because the amount was over 250 GBP to use the traditional BACS system this means it can take a few business days to arrive. Not sure why, we have contacted the seller to ask if he wishes us to cancel the transfer and refund the bitcoin or wait for the money to arrive.

DON'T TRUST THIS GUY

I have sent bitcoins to his company yesterday. Waited, and still nothing. No email replies to my requests. I have just lost 1.25 bitcoins to this scammer. This is my fault as well. One should do a background check to start with. The phone number he provided was fake, did not work and the address he provides has other companies registered at it. The 'Live Chat' team which is supposedly 24/7 is not online and is rarely online. I have no idea what I can do, I was going to use that money for christmas presents and now I have nothing. The quote they gave me for it was 665.8 pounds and it hasn't changed, I tried another quote later for the same amount even though the market has fluctuated. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Don't be stupid like me.

I guess some people are just corrupt.

I hope you get your money back. But the site is suspicious from the begining. Also as far as I know bitcoin transactions by paypal are a risk and you can loose all the money with this method.

Also if this was yesterday I suggest you to be patient because even with big exchanges those things happen. Keep us updated about this issue please

EDIT: We have sorted it out as to payment, due to their automated system and my account the money was declined for fast payment, not need to worry, will update when I have received payment. James was very helpful thank you.

EDIT 2: THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER, DON'T GO TO HIM. MY BANK TOLD ME NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT THROUGH AFTER HE TOLD ME HE HAD, THIS IS FRAUD, NO ONE DEAL WITH THIS MAN.

How reliable is this by any chance?

We try to make as much as we can automated so there is no delay in our customers receiving their payouts. However if you bank with certain UK banks the payment may only appear on a working day, so if your a UK customer we recommend waiting to trade on the week day then it will be instant. PayPal customers on average are paid within 30-40 minutes.

Call them where?
Phone number?
And look at the map!!!
https://bitcoin2pocket.com/contact-us/

What's wrong with the map? Looks fine to me.

Do you see where this thing points to?
Somewhere where google maps can't get through.
A road somewhere in some forest , with one haunted house on the horizon.

Some would say the beautiful Sussex countryside. Map was slightly out, fixed it. Smiley

Hello Guys & Girls,

Apologies for not getting back sooner its the weekend. We have received a few e-mails regarding the authenticity because we recently moved to this domain for our public launch. We want to build an honest business with reoccurring customers the only way to do this is to get started. Starting Monday I will research getting an 0800 number.

There has also been an issue we've found out since posting our offer on the internet regarding HSBC Bank -- If you bank with this bank your payment wont show up until the next business day, this means if you complete a sell this weekend the payment will only appear on Monday at 9am. In-fact because of this we recommend trading only in UK Business days if your from the UK just to be safe. The domain WHOIS was included with the package.

Also we've had a demand for a custom amount of Bitcoin to sell we're working on this, our programmer on Monday will also add smaller amounts for newer members such as 0.20 and 0.50 this means you can try our service out with smaller amounts. For now you'll have to e-mail the sales email.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Hi there! Unfortunately we're a UK based company to payout via USD the bank fees are extortionate. Another reason why Bitcoin should become the main currency of the world I guess Smiley

You can still opt to get paid via PayPal as they will automatically convert it into USD for you or you can opt to have a GBP balance in your account.

If there is enough demand for it we will look about offering this Smiley

Regards,
James

http://bitcoin2pocket.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/sellbitcoinhowto.png

If you’re looking to sell your bitcoins, make Bitcoin2Pocket your go-to site for super-speedy valuations, and lightning-quick payments.

We pride ourselves on our excellent service that delivers everything that the customer wants. So that’s a hassle-free sale process where you simply enter your details in our easy online form, tell us how much bitcoin you have to sell, and we’ll give you a quote for how much we’ll pay you in an instant. It really is as simple as that. You don't need a PhD to figure it out, and you don't need a vast amount of time to complete the sale; you just need some bitcoins to sell.

The whole process takes just a matter of minutes, and when you’ve decided you’d like to go ahead and sell your bitcoin we can transfer your money to your nominated bank account or PayPal Address within a few clicks of the mouse.

In fact, we use the Faster Payments System in the UK, which means your money really does only take a short space of time to appear in your account. Sometimes seconds, sometimes minutes, sometimes (especially at the end of the day), it can take a while longer. Generally, however, the whole process of you selling your bitcoin and receiving your money takes no time at all. Plus, you can do it all from the comfort of your own home. That means even if you’re sitting on the sofa in your pyjamas watching trashy TV, you can sell your bitcoin. Unlike the world of city banking, we’re not fussy about what you’re wearing when you decide to sell.

We also provide a PayPal option for international customers.

Here at Bitcoin2Pocket, we know that deciding to sell your bitcoin can be a stressful situation but once you’ve decided to sell, we do our utmost to make sure the whole process is as stress-free as possible. Whatever your reasons for selling, you can rest assured that you’ll be dealing with a professional UK-based company that puts their customers first. In fact, we’re so keen for you to get the best deal possible from your bitcoins that we make sure our commission rate is as low as possible.

So, if you’ve got bitcoins you want to sell, consider this. Bitcoin2Pocket offers –

•   Quick payments
•   All in a hassle-free service

Let's be honest - it’s a no-brainer. Try us today at www.bitcoin2pocket.com
Visit us today and see how we can make exchanging Bitcoins hassle free.

Or contact our sales team at [email protected] if you wish to sell any amount over 12 BTC.
