Yeah man, Malwarebytes flags it as malicious. I did some digging and it's flagging because you're running a vulnerable outdated Apache. IMHO that's not really intentionally malicious, so I'll adjust that Trust rating accordingly.

Just because VirusTotal says it's okay doesn't mean that it's perfectly okay. Personally, Malwarebytes blocked your website due to malware before I accessed it.
