From what I understand, PayPal cannot do a chargeback if you do the transaction as 'business'.

I understand that people might find the fee high but Paypal is a big risk and I need to keep it that high to cover the risks.
Your fee is too high for any body. Think of reasonable fee then you will get more people do this business. This is just my opinion 
I agree. Your buying from trusted members that aren't going to charge you back. I do not think that anybody that's trusted enough will sell Paypal for the 20% fee. I can buy it cheaper on here from isyet or w/e their name is. Or buy Doge on Wesellcrypto with Paypal instantly and have them within 10 minutes. If you want to be competitive, you have to act competitive. Anybody saying "ok I'll pay the 20% fee, I would think they would be the ones to do a chargeback unless its definately a trusted member.
