I think that host is either in on the scam or benefitting.

My takedown request was denied because I personally wasn't reporting having been scammed.

Yeah really nice ... so they're gonna to "help" them. Warnings will be ignored until something occurred.

Looks like only 17BTC has been admitted to being given out to these "people"(could be a group)?

Anyway every payment to them is a payment too much ... bad situation for him, that he payed them 17BTC at all. That's the internet ... big and anonymous.

I have just sent this company 17 bc on friday 12/20/12. I have not gotten a conf# nor an email. I am seriously starting to think this is a scam . I am new to bitcoin scene. Is there a way to get my $ back ? I just wanted this to buy gifts for my family before xmas . So far nothing . They promise a 12 hour method of which funds are direct deposit to account . So far nothing . Please does anyone have any advice on this matter ? Cry :'

Oh dog, what done. I think you lost your coins mate. Hope you get something back if anything. I believe in Christmas miracles.

I've submitted a complaint to voxility.net, hopefully they will take action.

My takedown request was denied because I personally wasn't reporting having been scammed.

So to get a takedown, others who were scammed will need to report this, as the hosting provider's response stated:

Just out of curiosity, that forum user account wasn't even registered until after that date.  How did you come across that service?

Give them a bit more time before labelling this a scam imo. That being said, i wouldn't use it until there was at least a couple good feedbacks here. Also why is the admin anonymous?

Thats rough but this looks like a scam, especially posted in the "Newbie" section rather than Services.

sellbitcoins.to (us)

With at least three of your cash-out methods (ACH, SEPA and PayPal), you'll be sending from an account with your identity.

You registered with a domain that doesn't disclose the registrant.

Your contact is an e-mail on an anoymous mail service, Tormail.

You are offering to cash out where the seller sends bitcoins to you yet you only registered this forum account hours before this post.

The history of exchanges that run anonymously is that nearly all end up being complete scams.  Even if they start out delivering funds, eventually the operator runs off with the coins.

[Edit: Will you provide identity to help protect from this occurring?]
