No one sends $30 via MG/W2W. With fees you're looking at like 30% over market. Not to mention the wasted time spent going down to the place and having it sent out (usually 30-45mins).
No one's going to pay $15 out of pocket + an hour of their time to serve your needs. Cover fees yourself or choose better methods without fees. Instant methods with trusted users would be a better option for you.
