Try to do with zazarb or any trusted person. A week ago I was scammed badly in such a transaction, and never send paypal to untrusted person as gift, because if so then at the end it actually proves a gift.As long as you aren't using a Paypal balance, and it's drawing from, say, a bank, you have the possibility of fighting fraud w/ fraud
