As regards risk, if I send you btc and you don't send me paypal I will loose cos no way to charge back. But if you send me paypal and I don't send btc you can charge back. So I am at risk here.
For escrow , I can only use localbitcoins but can't access it here thats why I am selling on bitcointalk. So if you are ready you can send as payment for goods and services.
