Careful dealing with this guy. Same excuse not to send first as all the other paypal scammers, probably the same guy different account. Also leaves his Skype which is first and last name, same as all the other scammers.

You are newbie, so no one will send you first, better try to sell some senior member who is very trusted here.
Search some thread who already did many trades with paypal otherwise paypal is not safe processor to trade BTC.
