I guess in the States there's hundreds of banks that a scammer can open an account, but doesn't paypal notice the same name using the same disposable account tricks? Why can't this be followed up with the banks? How can this pathetic scam work so easily?

I can do this for you on a weekly basis. My rate will be -5 % below bitstamp, remember the seller pays fees to use PayPal .

*The rate might not be your ideal rate but at least you won't have to worry about being scammed

Reputable member never give you 6% premium, max 1-2% .
Mostly time scammer will try to give you premium with paypal and then chargeback.

Who says the escrow has to accept the PayPal. Just the BTC.

I guess if you're going first to a trusted member then that's fine, as long as you're not expecting anyone to go first to you!

I have years of experience with Paypal, pretty sure nobody wants to act as an escrow for Paypal exchange. (because Paypal is reversible)

That's why I prefer to look for a trusted member / long term exchange partner
