And just one more clarification.....I can deliver the shares over whatever time frame you want up to my maximum speed of 1,300,000 per day.

Say you want 5,000,000 shares as fast as possible, then they would be delivered in just under 4 days time.  If you wanted them delivered over 10 days, I would crank down the power pointed your way to roughly 500,000 shares per day.

It is very scale-able.

I may be confused but I buy 1,000,000 shares that will net me about 18 BTC but it costs me 20BTC - I am obviously missing something.

10% fee = profit for yochdog. Unless he is running a hash farm charity.

Another use for this could be gambling your luck on finding larger than average numbers of blocks in that time frame. So I could make a bet that I will be lucky and find an extra block, or get payed out more from the pool's good luck with a proportional payout system.

However, I am not very lucky. I suppose another use might be the reason anyone buys shares @ GPUMax.com which is to launder coins, in my opinion.

I do wonder what other uses this could have.

Any suggestions for us, yochdog?

Some people run tests on new pools, and like to have a blast of hashing power pointed their way and are willing to pay a premium for it.  I have done several deals like that in the past.

The gambling aspect is the other reason people purchase shares.  They can either hope to find a block quickly, or get lucky on a proportional pool while they are a large percentage of the hashing power.

As for other uses, I am unsure.....but I do see a fair amount of offers come across the desk.

fascinating  - thanks for explaining

20 btc for 1000000 shares and YD can do that every day EASILY, I believe. But would like to hear from him to confirm. For example , it takes me about 6 days to do 1000000 shares. And it should be about the same for you using those singles.

EDIT: 54000 shares an hour is STUPID fast!

I'm new to shares concept.  For 20btc how long do you get that processing power for?

Someone must be interested.

As an FYI....I calculate that I can deliver roughly 1,300,000 shares per day.

20 btc = 1,000,000 shares. He claims to do 1,300,000 in 24 hours, so 20 btc would get you 18.46 hours @ ~54,000 shares per hour. If I compare this speed to my own gear, I think that he is running 100+ GH/s, to put it in those terms.

A DAY, from what I have been able to calculate, YD has upwards of 65+ghs, PROBABLY ALOT more, so he is making about 21 per so coins a day. But I am just guessing and could be way off. YD has serious Horsepower !!! he can probably do 1000000/24 hours.

Just curious if anyone is interested in purchasing shares, but does not want the hassle of going through GPUmax and their notorious delays.

I can deliver large swaths of mining power, either in a short burst or over a prolonged period.

Pricing is 20 BTC per 1,000,000 shares.

what is the average net for 1,000,000 shares at the current difficulty etc

I believe around 18 BTC for a PPS.......could be much higher or lower on a proportional pool.

Sorry for my ignorant question  - 18 BTC over what time frame?

I could make the same offer.  Except it would take me 4 days to deliver 1,000,000 shares.  How long would it take you to deliver shares?

less than 24 hours.... Cool   That is my competitive advantage.
