When it comes to paypal I can afford to do very small bitcoin (approx 0.01), which is an irreversible payment system. I know how to handle paypal(reversible) to bitcoin(irreversible) transactions but I havent implemented this till now.

Go buy on virwox. They'll do 88usd to start with a 48hr hold period on the first transaction. They've also got seller protection in case you fuck them - we don't.
