If you don't have any solid reputation, then don't even try to do the trade. Proof that you were trusted with over 13-14BTC would be nice, but even then, it'll be risky because you aren't risking anything.

yes i know and that is why i did not said i want to exchange 1.3 BTC i said i want to sale my 1.3 coin for 350$
as the price is low it can rise anytime this is my price i wont mind if i could not sale it now.
