I think you should learn how to respond to the other members. Because first of all your not a trusted member on this forum and asking to trade with the reversible payment method. If anyone offer to exchange than surely, they will ask this kind of high rate. Why should anyone need to trust you to trade with reversible payment method?

about trust, i send first people who have big reputation on this forum
also i can provide feedbacks on other forums people who buy paypal from me

i am 100% sure no one will sell you btc for paypal at that fee, a newbie and a jr member are basically the same and with such a huge amount everyone will be skeptical about the transaction.

1. I exchange paypal 8 years this first
2. I am not newbie and know how exchange paypal money, i know people worry about chargback
3. We send paypal only from 1 account, we don't have many paypal, that why people can trust
