yeah, whats so hard to understand? i just got scammed, so i wont deal with member without real feedback anymore! seems here are much more scammers than legit traders, what a shame.. and that after dealing here for years
You must using Skrill if meet new member, Skrill can made chargeback.
thanks for the info and also big thanks to my buddy omehenk! i never had a problem like this, so i thought i will contact neteller to do a chargeback (like many members here are saying neteller is dangerous when you want to sell btc because they will do a chargeback easily.. not true at all!!) and they told me they can't do anything for me and it's my fault/problem
after i talked with my my bank today they said no problem we will get your money back, what they also did instantly, and now it's no more my problem, it's netellers problem from now on 
neteller is also scam for me, they just don't care about their costomers. but my bank does! - so for me, everything is fine again.. and neteller have to see how they will get their money back, from me not!;) - so now it's "their problem/fault" and they will have to see how they will get their money back, i dont give a shit..! from my side: don't use neteller! and if you did you have to be clever enough to get your stolen money back (as said, neteller dont care about their customers and wont help you at all)

There is not chargeback or dispute like paypal.

Neteller is reversible. I'd advise against accepting it.
