Don't lie... these are great cards but they will not reach that speed.

I understand your doubts, and straight out of the box they will not achieve those speeds. However, if you take a look at the link I posted you will see there are already others with these exact same cards who have achieved these speeds. (BIOS flash and relatively moderate settings, not overly pushing the cards at all)
