I´m interested in buying with paypal.
When you say +10 to 15% its 10 to 15% below market? or above market?
In this 14hours 15 minutes of forum activity i understand that as noob i won´t make paypal deals... so i´ll be trying to understand how things work around here...

Seems the risk is on my side for these types of things, and I've seen paypal at + 10-15%
