Be careful with this user, I've seen all his last messages and all he did was trying to scam people via trading.
accusations without proof show proof if you can or i will report you
Selling and buying a gift card is one of the most risky thing from an unknown source. Both the seller and buyer can get scammed. If someone buys the card from you use it and tell you it doesn't work, what are you going to do? You can't prove he has use it, ripping you of. Same aspect, in the opposite you could send him an used card and nobody can prove anything.

Wouldn't be easier for both parties to buy directly from https://www.gyft.com/ , where you are going to get 5$ free when buying 15$ + points? And nobody has risk of getting scammed? It is just asking for troubles.
you  said im trying to scam people via trading i need proof of that and about ebay gift card i bought it from gyfty i have all proof but i cant use it because my paypal is not from us that why im selling it

i bought it from gyfty
You might be able to make a sale if the reason for buying the card from gyfty is known and accepted otherwise you can simply sell it to them again.
