No I don't think you can do that because I have not seen any newbie accounts with avatars showing beside them whether it is old or notI have 2013 newbie accounts with avatar. It has no posts yet.

You realize that the age of the account doesnt matter right? Its the activity or potential activity that gives an account value. Who cares if you have a 6 year old account if it cannot be raised in activity.
Best case scenario the activity could be 29x14=406 making it a potential senior member. Worst case scenario the account never made any posts haha. 0.01 seems fair just for the nostalgia of the account.
