To the original poster , try to sell for non reversible payment methods like Perfect Money, or Payeer, otherwise the people in here will never deal with you. As long as these guys see paypal they completely freak out, but don't take it personal, these are 99% of the persons dealing in here.

And if sometimes you need to buy BTC, you can buy directly via Payeer exchange. Or use Localbitcoins.com

Let me tell you another thing, you can invest those btc in Bit-x.com and get very few BTC everyday if you really don't have the need to them.

No, OP is selling BTC, not buying it. The problem is he was demanding to be payed first without escrow. That's a common modus operandus of scammers. They give the excuse that PayPal is reversible and therefore there's no risk to send first. Of course that's not true. They usually get the payment in PayPal, withdraw it and never send the BTC. Then repeat with another PayPal account. The buyer may or may not be able to reverse the transaction and the PayPal account may or may not be in control of the scammer by then.
Once he noted no one would deal with him without escrow he invented a deal and fled with lame excuses.

Then I agree with you, anyway I was telling the OP to sell via non reversible payment methods like PM and Payeer, with Paypal as a newbie, your success rate to sell here is 0.0%

Yes, exchange is the best way, that high fees are terrible but they are here because it is a big risk. Maybe you will have problem to find someone here with your trust bar and rank.

Just traded my BTC for Paypal .. for all the big mouth who said i would scam , and i should go first because i'm a newbie .. thats one of the oldest excuse for you guys to ripp off someone newbie for easy money as no one would trust him , i know the tricks and you failed , also i'm not supposed to trust anyone here , its a forum which the members are allowed to buy Forum accounts with high post to start selling/exchanging , thats something funny .. and for the guy who said i should give them as a tip , grow up .. i asked for something i could use for something i wasn't going to use so why i would give it for free ? don't make your self look retarded.

have a good day , thanks for the negative feedbacks without even knowing me ..

Lol* yes sure the pp payer, in the best case me, could scam *Lol

Anyway, there comes no more reaction and in the feedback is written that he doesnt accept escrow...suspicious...
Just before looking the feedback i wanted to plead to give also newbies a chance ...   Huh Huh Huh

In certain cases, I will give newer users a chance but with the huge influx of repeat scammers, it is risky to do so.

i have no use of those 75$ i got them in a trade , so take it or leave it.

Truly if you have no use of it , you can give them as Tip in games and round section rather here trying to scam people.
Guys dont trade with OP , he will run away with all your balances as if you will charge back or make a dispute , he will randomly show this thread and any random 75$ bitcoin transaction to paypal support and will win the case.
Moreover Trade with your Own risk !

You can't find any person here that can deal with bitcoin first before you send the paypal funds. Like zazarb suggest , use an escrow and it is 100% safe.

You can refer to this thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/escrow-list-108716

Not it isn't unless the funds are held 180 days or so. To say it is 100% safe is quite a stretch.
in this case, I'm more concerned about the protection of purchasers,(sorry OP, but every day I see similar post from newbie who are trying to cheat), escrow  is there a solution.

You can go for sure if you use an exchange. I would suggest virwox. It is sure and you can have direct paypal for btc. There is only one problem. The fee of virwox are high. At least the last time I made an exchange were high. But they change those. Hope that this can help.
