I had a similar issue, just contact their support and it's not live support but they replied quite fast to me and they allowed me to withdraw the funds there. It took some 7-10 days to close the account and withdraw the funds but was done quite easily.

I tried to verify my account on Localbitcoins but it dosent work. I tried 1000 times. but it never work, and the support aint helping me. So know I had enough. So if anyone is better then me to verify I can sell the account for 50% of whats in the wallet.
Or if anyone can help me I could tip that person 0.001 BTC.
