OK, here's my review of OP's method:
I received information regarding it through a PM. It wasn't particularly well written and the formatting wasn't great either. I did manage to read through it and understand the basic premise but I've gotta say that it wasn't particularly easy in spite of how short the method's description was.
As of the method, It's not something new and doesn't go into any details on how to achieve the promised outcome. Perhaps the method works but there certainly are better, more efficient and not as time consuming ways to withdraw funds from Onevanilla cards whereas OP's method is slow, unreliable and expensive. I can't vouch for the validity of this method as I don't have the time to go into trying while I know that it's going to be a waste of time provided that it's an inconvenient method to withdraw from Onevanilla.
I'm sorry but I have to warn everybody that nothing of what info OP provided me with is worth 33$.

Anyway you could give us some information on what won't be in it? I don't want to have to sign up to some payment processor, or lose 70% of the value on the card in order to get what I have on the card.

Sorry if I missed something, but why would you want to withdraw funds from a vanilla card? You have to pay fees when you buy the card AND when you withdraw the funds with this method, resulting in a loss. Why buy the card in the first place? If you could elaborate, that would be great!
Sometimes you get theses cards from different type of promotions and exchanges and many other ways and you want to withdraw it in bitcoins or cash in hand then you can use this methodAnd my method is not limited to onevanilla you can withdraw funds from almost all the visa master card virtual card like coinizy loadoo and many others
You can also use my method for receiving funds from your clients if they want to pay you using there visa master credit or dabit cards
