To redeem the key :
1. Download Acronis True Image HD 2014 in your language through this page : http://www.acronis.com/en-us/promo/tihd-download/

2. Install the program and when it ask's you for a serial key, click on "I have a short key", as shown in the screenshot below (click on image to view it full size).

3. It will open an internet page, from Acronis.com, asking you to create an account and enter the activation key (the 16-digit short key that I have sent you).
4. Once the account is created, you will have to confirm it by clicking on a link in the email Acronis sent you.
5. Connect to your Aconis account and click on "My products & downloads". You will be able to get the full, 64-character, serial that you can use to activate Acronis True Image HD 2014, as shown in the screenshot below (click on image to view it full size).

5bis. If no products or serial appear, click on "My account", enter the 16-digit short key in the "Enter serial number(s):" box and click on "Register", as shown in the screenshot below (click on image to view it full size). The full, 64-character, serial will then appear in "My products & downloads".
