15% discount is not bad at all. THe main problem is trust and that he is a newbie. If he could prove that they were legit (cash receipt or something of the sort) then people would be buying like crazy. Getting huge discounts on amazon is not common and usually is a sign of carded gift cards or something similar
Even purse.io stopped letting people do name a discount for physical Amazon gift cards because people were charging back the purchases and the gift cards were canceled but the "earner" got the BTC already. Carded gift cards is a very big problem.
