Generally balances are from 20 - 100 .
I can give out a vouch copy or two to reputable members. Like i said these cards are purchased by cash by my customers and then supplied to me with all verification in place . Proof of purchase via receipts, pictures of front + back of the card.

If you can sell custom gift values..like $101 or $112 or even $221.50 ..let me know..cos if you are buying in store with cash (as you claimed) you should not have any problem
If you are trying to sell $500 gift cards (even with receipt),then they are not what you claimed as bought by you !
