My little advice for any project take over and owners is to make sure they know their team mates very well, check for photoshops pictures and other vices, you may even give them a live voice call to be sure.
I am talking from personal life experience.

Hi all,
I developed an altcoin project which I do not have the time to maintain. It's an erc20 token with a snazzy name, logo, social media channels, and an established web presence. Most of the token supply has not been distributed despite the idea behind it being promising, due to personal time constraints and costs. Yet, I think with a little bit of effort this project could become a definite success.
I already have an idea on where the project should go, but I do not have time to put this into practice. If you are interested in bidding on it, I'll provide my guidance for whichever direction you want to take it after sale.
