If you aren't a scammer, set up an account on Localbitcoins or Paxful.
If you actually have the money then it shouldn't be a problem, neither should escrow

What fee do I have to pay?and from what I know Localbitcoins is full of scammars, so no thank you.
I have the minimum of 10,so if you want to buy or exchange 100 we can split in 10.

have wmz?

No wmz

Guys, he does NOT want escrow. How else can he scam your coins if you keep suggesting escrow to him? He is very much against it. Scammers hate escrow.

And this kind of lowlifes will say anything-- localbitcoins is full of scammers (read: site offers escrow so no thank you). Enticing people to risk 10 instead of 100 using the "splitting" method is a common scammer tactic. The purpose is to make the victim feel comfortable with him. There are several intentions when using this method:

1. Do one or two $10 deals. Happy with the outcome? Let's do the $80 in one transaction. (Bait and switch)
2. Scam $10 from multiple members here. The small amount is there to "bait" you (the victim). As for the remaining $90, well, he will get that from everyone else who feels comfortable with doing a non-escrowed $10 deal.

Oh and by the way he's not going first. Wanna bet?

I have seen this kind of thread a lot of times starting with 'We have been in business since 2013' and exchanging ridiculous huge amounts and quite a few currencies and it all ended badly since they were all from the same scammer who didn't accept an escrow.

Do you accept a trusted member on this forum to escrow the transaction?

No I don't accept because I have the minimum of 10 USD,so if you want to exchange more you can by splitting all the amount.

What is your fee for exchanging PM to BTC and what's the minimum amount you can exchange?

Depends of the BTC price and the minimum is 10 PM.

That. 100% scammer.

Be cautious. His reply to when I asked about using an escrow.

"No I don't accept escrow! sometimes you need to risk to earn more."

Suspicious.
Not just suspicious, I know a scammer on ECZ who uses that same line, if you trade with this user I promise you are going to get scammed if send first. And anyone who doesn't accept an escrow is a scammer willing to scam you of even a small amount as a dollar.
