Good find. Jesus! JutsuCS does know what he is doing and scamming is like a hobby of him the entire life online. I just feel something isn't right when its something too good to be true if offered. Accepting Paypal isn't something people are used to see in this forum so I noticed the 2 threads quickly from OP.

Good luck dealing to this scammer.

He showed me a screenshot of his coins st paxful. I said good paxful for escrow. He said no he didn't use paxful there to trade only for a wallet and he said i should just send him first no escrow needed. Then said I can send as goods and services to protect me. All huge red flags. Scam attempted

Your fee is way too high you won't get much business. But I understand you need to cover your losses if you get scammed using PayPal. Good luck.

How you are calling 20% fee as cheaper whereas many people are providing these exchanges for 5% to 10% of fees. Still I guess you just need $20 fixed fee as you ask same fee for $150 deal too ?

What about $500 or $1000 exchanges, you need only $20 / $30 fee ? If it is so, yes you are selling bitcoins for cheaper.

Not buying but i just want to remind you to.. in case you aren't aware.

Be careful accepting paypal from some users that doesn't have history of transactions or users with no reputation. Paypal payments can be dispute so in the end you will end up with negative amount on paypal. You'd have better chance doing business in localbitcoins than accepting paypal payments.
