But i guess you have to created account, load it with money and then wait some day and then pretend to hack  it.

But as for the topic,  why cant you understand that be is asking for stolen or carded funds?  I was in to carding many years ago and a guy like him would have been a goldmine for cashing out.

It is not a smart way to scam. If you think it is smart way then I am giving you better way then this. Create a paypal account and then load as many $ as possible. Then use another ip and send to your another paypal account. And from that paypal withdraw to your bank and then again from the main paypal account ask for charge back by saying that you paypal account has been hacked.

I know the method that he's doing.
13% is honestly low.

i did it for damn near 75-100% on Paxful (with escrow). Get my money, cash out, was making like 500 - 1000 daily before paypal cracked down..

even if the person charges back, i don get affected by it. The money is long gone and i just abandon the paypal account

Maybee its like that with usa-paypal but the country i use its not.Your account might get locked but as long as you have emailacsess you can confirm the log in from another computer. Sometimes paypal want to call you or send a verificationcode to phone but not allways. Also, if you know something about computers you might have heard about cockie-stealing. No? Well i could do esrow for sure if it was trusted but there are scammers on both sides so no. Dont know how legit esrow is in here but for example on alphabaymarket on darknet there were people photoshoppping their printscreen from paypal and they won the case. Some might start bitching saying there funds got locked/seized and there we stand, buyer want the funds back but if my ppaccount get locked and i dont have any id to unlock it, monney will most likley be  lost. Thats why i have to have a no esrow rule. Sure its a risk for the buyer i dont dissagree.

Why wouldnt i want to make 13% on 0.5 bitcoin? This servie is legit from my side and have nothing to win by taking monney and leave.  0.5 bitcoin sure but after 7 legit orders i would have made exactly the same amount just on the fee sp there is no reason for me to scam.

You have a lot of bank accounts and methods for paypal ? If you're going to withdraw to whatever bank account, you'll get caught.
You might turn around the cash here and there but that's just another felony. You'll eventually get caught don't worry.


No escrow (no escrows deal with PP any way since they know it's .... ).
I guess you know nothing about paypal mate. Once a user logs in to an account from a different ip and computer, the account automatically gets locked and he can't do anything with the funds in it until he sends some id that confirm the data registered on the account.

This has got to be one of the most blatant, lame scam attempts I've seen in quite some time, and I've seen many.  No escrow, don't care about chargebacks--any other red flags you want to start waving here?

Guys, this dude is the epitome of a scammer.  Don't deal with him.  You'll never see your PayPal funds ever again, even if you can chargeback.  He's obviously got throwaway PP accounts and don't count on PP to protect you.  Plus he's up to no good anyway, so your moral compasses should be spinning in circles.

 Some may say im crazy and that i will get investigated for fraud and my bankaccount frozen but for me it doesnt matter since, well, i have A LOT of bankaccounts and cashout methods for paypal so.
 First of all, NO ESROW!.Transfer the monney from other ip and computer if you want to be safe. That way you can allways get you monney back by saying your paypalaccount got hacked.

-You send monney to my paypalaccount and after 1-2 days, when i got the monney to my bankaccount or cashed them out in other way, you get your coins.
 -If chargeback accours before ive been able to cash out the funds, you will not get your coins. Obvious for most i think but just so everything is clear.

-I can wait maximum 7 days if paypal decide to hold transaction. When they are released you wil get your coins. - I charge 13% on all orders
